What methods of payment do you accept?

Payment by PayPal
For online orders, Chicken Little loves Visa and MasterCard via PayPal.
PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit using
the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of
128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Once your information
reaches PayPal, it resides on a server that is heavily guarded both
physically and electronically. PayPal servers sit behind an electronic
firewall and are not directly connected to the Internet, so your private
information is available only to authorized computers.

Payment by Phone
You may pay for your order by Visa and MasterCard over the phone by calling 1 866 549 1221 . At the time your order is placed your credit card will be billed for the total order amount, which includes the price(s) of the product(s), shipping charges and tax (where applicable).

I just placed my order with Chicken Little. How do I know you received it?
When we receive your order, we will send you a confirmation email.
How long do I have to wait to receive my Chicken Little purchase?
Chicken Little ships out items within two - five business days, if the item
is in stock. However, if out of stock we will contact you and advise how
long it will take to ship. Typically, there is a quick turnaround on out of
stock items and we will notify you via email the ETA on the item.
How do you ship items?
Chicken Little uses Canada Post Express Post or standardized courier
shipping methods that make our items insurable and traceable. As a result,
it costs a little more than regular mail. But this also means that your
order gets to you much faster and allows us to confirm it got to you as the
shipper promised.
Can I cancel my order?
From the time of purchase, you have 24 hours to cancel the order. For any
reason. Send an email to sales@chickenlittle.ca with your order details.
Please note that an order is not cancelled unless you receive confirmation
from Chicken Little. After 24 hours from the time of order, you will be
issued a Chicken Little credit, to be used within 6 months.
Can I return my order?
Chicken Little knows that sometimes, things just don't work out. Whether you
changed your mind or it didn't look like you thought it would, we
understand.
Chicken Little wants you to love your purchase and we stand behind our
products 100%. If there is a product defect, Chicken Little will have the
item replaced at no cost to you. If you suffer from buyer's remorse, that is
another issue. You may return items to Chicken Little for exchange or
Chicken Little credit within 15 days of receiving said item. Please note
that purchasers are responsible for returning items to Chicken Little at
their own cost and there will be a $5 restocking fee applied.
All returns and exchanges require a Return Authorization (RA) number to be
issued. Contact Chicken Little within fifteen (15) days of receiving the
purchased item, to receive an RA number prior to returning any items.
All items returned to us must be in unused condition and in their original
packaging. Chicken Little reserves the right to determine whether or not an
item returned is in its unused original condition.
Items must be sent back to Chicken Little via an insured method such as
FedEx or UPS with a tracking number. The customer is responsible for the
original and return shipping charges on all returns and exchanges. We do not
accept any returns via COD.
Sometimes shipping can be treacherous. That's why Chicken Little uses
insured and traceable shipping methods. If your item(s) arrive on your
doorstep in unacceptable condition due to shipping damage, let us know
within 24 hours of receipt. Chicken Little cannot give returns or exchanges
for items lost or damaged during original or return shipping - this is
covered by the courier's insurance policy. If an item is damaged during
shipping, it is the customer's responsibility to notify Chicken Little and
the shipping company within 24 hours of receipt of the item. All returned
items must be sent back via insured methods such as UPS, FedEx, or Canada
Post Insured.
Chicken Little cannot give returns or exchanges on custom made, engraved or
personalized items.
All purchases of sale and clearance items are FINAL.
